Been with plusnet 6 years (username Nokoni) and moving ISP for various reasons, no problems with Plusnet. However, after requesting my MAC code on the 24th I have been informed i must wait 5 days!! until the 30th - very disappointed and angry. I sure this 'could' be provided sooner.

The official complaint suggestion was to bring customer pressure to bear on the management, as well as what you guys are reporting upwards. The more they get told, the more it might sink in  . Might  !

Maybe a call to OFCOM to let then know about what looks to be an abuse of the 5 day rule, I have notified them of this after a friend came up against this, sadly I didnt tumble what was going on before he finally got his MAC, but for them to act in this manner does not reflect well on the brand.

Thanks for the swift response this morning. During the day I had a change of heart, had a chat with a nice chap at Plusnet and decided to stay albeit on a slightly diff product...added my phone too
