They seem to have done a good job of trying to simplify things, but then go and make it complicated again.
I'd like to port my existing phone number, but this seems to be asking too much, so is VOIP the way to go with this? £20 plus VAT one off then £2 plus VAT a month.
The £3 a month for 12 months? saving (£36) would just about pay for £24 plus 12 x £2.40 costs of the VOIP number but what then would you do with the extra plusnet number?
I certainly think there is a market for someone to offer a simple package, but 'spose it will never happen as ISPs presumably make their money from people ignorance?
