Moving from Zen (Broadband) + Talk Talk Phone to Plusnet

Hi was wondering what would need to be done (apart from MAc code from Zen) when I get round to finally moving to FTTC with plusnet.

Currently My Broadband is with Zen (20mbps)
And my phone line is Talk Talk

How easy will it be to just move BOTH Broadband and Phone services to Plusnet?
Will the phone line/rental just be moved over?
Will I need to phone Talk Talk to cancel or is it automatic?

I didn;t want to get broadband with talk talk when i moved phone as wanted good zen CS.

But unfortuantely Zen's FTTC offerings are no good whatsoever for me hence the move.

I'm sure one of the Plusnet reps will be happy to assist with the changeover. They're a helpful bunch.

Used to be with Zen. No complaints, but the price was too high for my needs. Currently on Extra with phones and call plan and am very happy.

Glad to hear that you're thinking of joining us. You can initiate the transfer of your phone service at the same time as requesting FTTC with us, however I'd always advise letting the losing provider know (Talk Talk in your case).

The whole process should be quite straight forward and we should be able to have everything up and running for phone and fibre with us within a couple of weeks.

Yes I'd have thought I would tell Talk Talk that i'm moving provider, common courtesy and all

So looks good i'll be discussing it over the weekend with the family and in the meantime asking Zen for a MAC code.
