I am thinking about switching from MAAF Premier to PN Home Extra (not Pro).
What is using iPlayer like on PN Home Extra at peak times. Does the traffic management slow things down?

Streaming is at full speed but downloads are throttled

Just remember that if you want to stream in full 1080p you will need at least 5Mbs downstream connection.
