Parallel Orders Process - inbound to Plusnet Fibre and Phone

This is what my migration would entail: Wholesale Line Rental (WLR) and shared LLU broadband service ---> Plusnet Extra Fibre + Phone

Seems it hinges on new provider using the MAC at the right time, to synch with the WLR transfer.

Anyone done this process?

Was the migration smooth?

I think Plusnet usually get the broadband across first, then take the phone line later. But from LLU that sounds dodgy to me because of the physical connection changes in the exchange.

I believe the correct way is for Plusnet to order the line transfer, preferably with a Linked Order Number, and to submit that Linked Order number with the broadband MAC to Openreach.
