DNS Issues

Anyone have a DNS problem around 4pm this afternoon? I tried to get to paypal from a PN connection but FF and IE couldn't load the page. A quick check on downforeveryoneorjustme.net showed paypal was available, refreshed both browsers neither could reach the site.

Changed DNS servers to OpenDNS and Paypal loaded without problem.

http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,1070... but no other reports I am aware of
