Plusnet Migration page

Looking at the website for Plusnet, i can't see were you enter the mac code for a migration (to migrate into Plusnet). Would you put this in after the main registration details?

I think i should have worded the post differently.

What i meant to ask was that if you went through the main sign up page (or via Quidco for example), is there anywhere the mac code can be entered?

Not sure, but step two of the linked page gives an example screenshot of what you ought to see on sign-up via Plusnet. I assumed if you sign up through a discount offer site, you would eventually come to Plusnet's MAC option. Perhaps someone with recent experience of this can reply.

The Plusnet reps are generally quiet over weekend, so you might get a better response tomorrow.

I signed up last week and was asked for the MAC during the signup process. Can't remember which page it was on, but I definitely did have to enter it.

As above you should be asked for the MAC during sign up whether you go from the main page or via a discount site - I believe the line check should pick up that there's broadband on the line already and take you to the MAC page, if you don't have one yet it should let you complete sign up and pass on the MAC when you have it too.

Please let us know if that's not the case though?
