Hi Gary,
I have dealt with Sharedband previously and have administered both the Sharedband routers at the node leve and at the Sharedband aggregation level. So I have quite a bit of knowledge in this area, including when it comes to our traffic management.
Having looked at the attachment provided on the ticket, we are unable to open it and it is reporting as corrupted.
I will pass some details shortly on how to forward me the capture.
This said, your reply here indicates that the captures may not be correct, due to the point in your network it was taken.
You should not be seeing any priority applied to any of the traffic internal from the Sharedband router. We are unable to inspect the data tunneled within Sharedband, one reason is that we would see an incomplete stream (only one in X packets will tunnel through our network, depending on how many Sharedband nodes you are operating).
Any and all data in the Sharedband tunnel will classify as Gold, as it is the Sharedband service that the priority is applied to. So if you game or use VoIP over the Sharedband link, you should not see Titanium traffic as you would expect, because our network cannot recognise it. This operates much the same as if you were running the data over VPN.
Gold would as a result be the correct queue for all your traffic.
I will be askimg for a few further details specific to your service as well, which may be better suited for outside of the forums, so if you could answer them, it would be ideal.
