Phone and FTTC service start dates

I'm getting close to migrating in to Plusnet FTTC, with phone service linked.

I've had a practice run signing up, and noted you can choose any working day, up to 21 days in advance for the FTTC migration. That's fine

What about the phone service ? I'm with BT now, and I paid 12 months rental in advance, on Jan 24th 2012, so I'd like Plusnet to take over the line as close to Jan 24th 2013 as possible.

How do I achieve that ?

From my experience joined NP on FTTC on 16th Nov and they moved my phone on 30th Nov,
From what I understand they activate your broadband and then put in the request to move phone which has at least a 10 day lead time from your FTTC activation.

My phone changed over no problem with PN but BT bombarded me with emails about the switch away from them.
