Problems with PN

Does PN have a problem? Have been having frequent dropouts since Saturday and it is impossible to get through by phone.

Not had any problems here. Modem has been sync'd constantly for 41 days since I joined (itself a record for my line), with only one reconnect 22 days ago.

Hi there,

That sounds more like a line fault than a problem, I'd recommend runnning through the faults wizard at http://faults.plus.net as that'll take you through the necessary checks and raise it through to our faults team.
