My parents received an email in the early hours telling them that Interleaving was being turned off at their request.
Now they don't even know the Username/Password for the Portal let alone request for Interleaving to be turned off.
I've created a ticket but just wondered if any Plusnet CS reps here can shed any light?
As far as I know, they've had no probs with the line and it's sync'd at aroung 17meg at present.
