Error running BT speed test

I logged a ticket yesterday to ask PlusNet to investigate the speed of my connection and I got a response overnight asking me to run some more speed tests (from www.speedtest.btwholesale.com) to give them more data to analyse the problem.

Although the basic test is OK (saying 2Mbps ) when I try to run the "Further diagnostics" as requested I get an "HTTP Status 500" error followed by a Java stacktrace.

Does this indicate that the test has a general problem, or could this be a problem at my end?
Any suggestions gratefully received...!

Diagnostic part works fine on Firefox 18.0.1 and Java isn't installed

Ah yes, the link I posted accidentally acquired an extra ")" on the end - sorry!

However my original problem looked like it was at the server end and that seemed to have been cured (or fixed itself) by the time I tried again.
