My FTTC service is to migrate to Plusnet later this week.
I'd like a Static IP address, I've selected the option from the 'Add On' menu in the customer portal, but it just returns an error message.
Can I assume, that once the service is active, I then should be able to order it ?
How long does it take to apply once ordered, or is it simply a case that the dynamic IP address you have at the time, gets 'frozen' ?
