Cost

Hi,

I'm in the process of signing up with Plusnet, but am a bit confused about the price.

I was informed first months payment £31.46 would be taken , but £33.46 taken.

Informed monthly payment would be £25.47 but my welcoming email states £35.97 per month.

Is this normal for Plusnet?

Do you have a phone package too, and if so, have you checked the add-ons and the itemised bill?

I think we need to know a bit more of what packages you want, ADSL, FTTC, Phone package, addons.

Did you also get a email confirming your 50% discount on the broadband? I also just signed up to Plusnet (monday) and it states the normal non discounted amount in the 'welcome email' but I had another email confirming the discount.

My first months payment was the correct amount, which in my case was £32.47.. the following months should then be £26.something for 12 months. this is for unlimited broadband and anytime calls.

Well, I've just contacted Plusnet and the little girl assures me I'll only pay £25.47, just seems a bit confusing, hope she's correct.
