Upstream SN Margin change but not downstream!

Upstream SN Margin change but not downstream!
Why has upstream SN Margin gone from 7.1db to 31.7db in a day whilst the downstream SN Margin remained at 6.0db and all this whilst still connected to O2?
A day later after migration to PlusNet the upstream SN Margin at 32.9db whilst downstream remains at 6.0db.
Download speed hardly changed around 15Mbps whilst upload changed from 1.1Mbps to 0.38Mbps!
Surely the line could not have deteriorated for the upstream only!

Sounds like they have capped the upstream sync at 448Kbps - give them a shout and they should uncap it for you
