Having problems signing up

I've been trying to sign up to fibre + phone tonight. Going through Quidco and getting as far as entering my MAC. When I click through to the next page (www.plus.net/signup/engineer-appointing/) This message appears...

Sorry there's been a problem
It looks like something has gone wrong-please try again. If you keep having problems, get in touch.
The server returned a "500 Internal server error"

I've cleared the cookies and cache and tried both Google Chrome and IE with the same result.
I'd rather not order over the phone as I'll lose out on the cashback.


Any ideas, anyone?

You'll need to phone them because as the message suggests something has screwed up server side so there is nothing you can do your end to correct it.

Just a thought.

if you are using Internet Explorer try Mozilla Firefox which you can download from http://www.mozilla.com

If you do end up having to phone, explain that the online system is doing this and ask about a credit to compensate for the loss of the Quidco cashback. If the first person says no, give up and try again a couple of hours later. You might get a more helpful body.

Tried Firefox.... No joy. I'll try again tomorrow before I resort to the phone.

Tried again on another laptop. Same result I'm afraid.
I've used Chrome, IE and Firefox. I always get to to enter my MAC, click continue and then get the page with the error.

Eventually got my order through although I didn't get the option to choose installation dates.
I've read a post from someone else who had the same problem and it worked itself out.
Hope the actual service proves to be better than the sign-up process.

Oh and I've had to chase Quidco due to the wrong amount being tracked. I'm so glad I don't do this often!!
