Is anybody else experiencing poor download speeds on usenet?

not on usenet, but I am getting slow speeds on P2P, 15-20Mbps.

Even Youtube has stopped playing/buffering completely twice tonight!

In TBB meter, traffic is all over the place up and down like a yo-yo.

Youtube was buffering for me yesterday afternoon (haven't tested it today) and usenet is still bad for me...
