Anytime calls charges showing.

My phone line and anytime calls package migration from BT to Plusnet completed yesterday evening, looking on the phone log today there are charges against the calls that have been made after migration. Should there be call charges showing for local land line calls when I'm on the Anytime calls package ?

Only if they're over 60 minutes. By the way, the "local" bit is irrelevant.

No. Your Anytime package probably hasn't been activated. Contact Plusnet.

Edit: as pointed out, calls over 60 mins are chargeable.
