If you mean Fibre broadband, then you are correct .

Of course, clicking the "Here's the legal bit" link on the PN Home Page would have been quicker and easier that asking here. The second section, Clauses 1, 3 and 4 answer the question.

Have you ever seen any similar offers on any website of any ISP where they were open to existing customers?

I don't think asking questions to which you know the answer, or deliberately don't click the obvious place to find it, will:

- cause a change of policy by any ISP;
- impress anyone who's time you waste as a result .
