Why is the Plusnet referral bonus system so broken? I have referred quite a few people to PN with the result that my monthly referral bonus is greater than the BB element of my monthly payment. Instead of being autoamtically offset against the phone element of my monthly payment the balance of the credit ends up having to be done manually! Sometimes the system is even more broken and even the part of the credit that shoudl be automated fails too. As it did most recently in August.
