Moving ISP and changing from FTTC > ADSL

Can you change ISP from BT to Plus.Net and change from FTTC to ADSL?

Tried doing it on the website, but was forcing me to take the Fibre service

The reason for the chance is that I'm moving out and the person who'll be using the service won't be requiring the power of fibre optic services.

If you are the account holder and moving and someone else paying then it is not a migration but a cease for you and a provide for them.

It's all staying in my name as the account holder.

It's just placing the order via the Plus.Net website tells me that because I already have fibre (BT Infinity product) then the only product they'll offer is Fibre.

I suspect that the problem is that a move from fibre will involve a BT Openreach engineer visit to change the connections at the cab and the exchange.
This will create a cost and, as it is most unusual, this won't be covered by the automated system
I suggest calling sales and see what they advise

I ordered TalkTalk but then had buyers remorse, and I'm going to cancel that and leave it as BT just now.
