Can ADSL2 Plusnet supplied router work in Modem Only mode?

I am considering signing up to Plusnet ADSL2 but I have a separate router that has a WAN connection I would like to use.

Can the router supplied by Plusnet be set to run in a Modem Only mode?

Is this built in or is there a guide somewhere?

I may be wrong, but if you just connect the WAN port to one of the LAN ports on the Plusnet router, make sure the two routers have different IP addresses and disable DHCP on one of them, don't you get what you want?

Edit: Actually I'm not sure about the WAN port bit. It will definitely work if you connect one of the LAN ports on your router to the Plusnet router, because that's what I have done many times in order to have multiple wireless access points using spare routers. You can use the remaining LAN ports and wireless access on either router to connect.

Bit of a faff but will let you connect with PPPoE on your router. You can always hard reset to return to normal.

Or as kasg suggests. I would also assign the dmz on the Plusnet router to your 'LAN' router if doing this.
As long as you use different subnets on each you should be ok.
