Being used to ten minute replies, it will be sometime before Plusnet could tempt me back. Response times seem far worse, along with out of date info, confusing bills and email addresses still that way a year or two on.
That is hilarious... I don't think Plusnet have EVER answered a ticket within 24 hours in the last 2 years I have been having problems with them... That being said, they haven't fixed the problem in 2 years either...
