Upload speed

I migrated to Plusnet just before Christmas.

I am getting a good download speed (10 Mbps), but only 0.3 Mbps upload. Is it right that it should be this low ? I couldn't see anything on the Plusnet website about what to expect for upload speeds.

Plusnet's upload speed is capped by default.

You need to ask Plusnet to uncap them by either calling or using a Help Assistant.
