Sorry to hear that, I've just responded to your post on our forums - if you could add the info you mention to a ticket on your account we'll get this chased up for you and make sure you get the cashback.

kwikbreaks so what would you do if yours got declined?

I believe mine got declined because my order got stuck so I am been penalised for something that wasnt my fault, to get cashback does one have to leave everything to run its own course even if its stuck for weeks/months?

I got cashback when joining Plusnet but I used Topcashback. I signed up in January 2013 and I finally received the cash in October 2013. From memory I think I had to file 2 missing cashback claims and I was surprised to actually get it at that point.

I'd try through Quidco first then if that failed try the PN forum as you have. That would be the end of any legal avenue so things would then move to revenge mode...

kwikbreaks you got yours yet?

after hassling quidco as some weeks passed since plusnet said they approved it I finally got changed to confirmed status today.

quidco are still claiming tho that plusnet havent paid them yet and they are going to pay me out of their own funds, seems all a bit fishy and I suspect plusnet have already paid them.

Yes had it and spent it along with a £2.50 referral fee that had been sitting unclaimed for a couple of years (I'd moved over to using TopCashBack for almost everything although I always check both).

P.S. I don't believe cashback sites ever stump up until they've had the payment - there is no legal requirement for them to do so sfaik.

Yes I am sure they say cash back is not guaranteed though I have always got it eventually. The best thing to do is to go for the services/products you would get regardless of cash back and see that as a bonus. That said I would still be [censored] off if I didn't get the cash.
