Just before Christmas we spotted the openreach van fiddling with our green box. Next day checked our bh speed : 1.4 - not fast but better than 1.2! After several power cuts (storms) I noticed the speed was back to 1.2. Used the online plusnet portal to ask if I needed a reset to get the speed back up and hey presto, a could of hours later all sorted
no fuss, just done, very happy bunny!
