Could someone please help me with ticket No 79305258.

I haven't had a response since the 3rd January when I was promised that it would be updated last Monday!

If anyone is around, can you please review it.

The forum reps (Digital Care Team) basically work Monday-Friday. One may see this earlier, but don't be surprised if they don't.

They watch the Community Forums more closely than here anyway. It might be an idea to post there on Monday morning so it is near the top of the topic list.
