I expect if BT is listed, isp's owned by BT wont be excluded.Plusnet reps stated at the time that the court order did not apply to Plusnet. There was a kerfuffle leading up to that, as it was getting blocked like now. That got fixed.
As has been said, they didn't apply the court order.
Didn't a rep say here just the other day that this re-occurrence of the block is only on some lines, and that the routing varies? For some reason some are routed through where BT apply the block and others aren't, and that it would be difficult to stop that happening?
