Strange network graphs today at PlusNet

Reminds me of when I was with PlusNet before and the regular rebalancing they did, but I guess this isn't the same thing happening as there is nothing about it on the forums or the service status (much like no service status update about the website and internal systems being down for unscheduled maintenance this evening either)

as there weren't any screams on the forums I would assume that it was a systems reporting glitch as it appears that ptw went off line and then came back on again with the same number of users
