The email server's ability to send and receive emails does seem to have been rather intermittent for quite a while - when it's like this, it seems to have a penchant for losing the emails.
We're not aware of any issues but please let me know (by PM is fine if you prefer) what error messages you might be seeing and I'll do my best to help you with that.
It had been stating that the email address was unavailable (for receiving, but not sending), but deleting the email address and re-doing it again does seem to have sorted it - so hopefully its okay now.
