Problem playing Mechwarrior online

Hi,
Over the past 2 days I have been having problems logging in and playing MechWarrior online. I keep getting the message

"network error has occurred"

I have checked that my AV/firewall is allowing MWO traffic, I have rebooted my PC and modem several times and the problem still exists. All other games and programs are working fine. I have raised a ticket 12 hours ago and had no reply

Several other PlusNet customers in the UK have also been getting the same error message over the past two days which suggests it maybe an ISP problem.

Can someone from PlusNet look into this please

I was going to suggest that it is down to the Plusnet rubbish router but according to your sig you are using a Netgear
Have you tried turning the Plusnet firewall to off

Yes, the PlusNet firewall is off, I never use it anyway.

I am also using my own router.
