Extreme slow slpeeds plusnet fibre

Is anyone else experiencing extremely slow speeds? my internet is unusable but my pings to anywhere and everywhere are perfectly fine.

I am unable to view any websites and if the website decides to load it will take about 10minutes. To login to post this message I had to use blocker software to hide the TB background image.

I am unable to download anything, it just stays at 0kb/s and doesnt start, also I am unable to run any speedtest websites, I cant even load google

Also tried calling the support help line and the wait was approx 45minutes at 8:30pm on a friday! Im hoping that isnt normal and that theres alot of calls because of some national outage.

I have noticed defenite issues tonight, first time I have noticed what looks like clear congestion since signing up, although I only noticed when I was downloading some media files, netflix etc. was working fine.

ag01 I was getting 20-50mbit/sec varying a lot unstable speeds.
ag05 improvement but still unable to max out line even with multithreaded.
ag03 full speed multithreaded but not single threaded, gave up at this point as need some sleep.

worryingly reports seem on a upward trend on plusnet's forum.

It's slower than usual tonight, about 50/13, which is the slowest I have recorded other than when I had a fault, so maybe there is something going on.

effect already visible on my graph from the hopping, so I know its not my exchange.

Yes, my BQM looks a bit grim this evening.

Still completely broken, getting about 430B/s-1kb/s per 5 seconds while trying to download something, thats if im lucky and the counter even moves.

Had an engineer come out and he pretty much confirmed what I and plusnet already know, that im getting full sync 80/20.

I doubt the engineer even checked the local street box or exchange for anything faulty, as per usual its being blamed on my plusnet router (by BT) that I have already bypassed completely on instructions from plusnet by connecting direct to open reach modem with 2 computers 2 laptops. Have also tried 2 laptops wireless and 3 phones wireless with main computer off and still nothing.

Sitting here waiting with baited breath on plusnet asking me to wait until a new router arrives even tho Ive already bypassed it on their instructions and how they are going to charge me £60 for engineer visit even tho nothing on my end causing it, because my fibre wiring isnt even 5 months old.

Heres to hoping some day we can get around to an engineer checking the street box and exchange, seems my exchange hamster needs replacing.
