can a rep look at ticket 82707345

Raised a fault for slow adsl bt profile was 3.31 plusnet 2.8

now even though adsl was stable my target snr has gone from 9db to 12 db and speed is even worse?

Sorry to bump this but the response on the ticket is a joke I have replied with an interesting csv file from my testing unit

Yes now back up to a 3.93 ip profile on bt wholesale and 3.9 on plusnet
