I put through a Fibre migration order almost 2 weeks ago (23/3), I've been busy so have only just chased it to see what's going on.
According to the chap (who was very helpful), the order has been held dormant for unknown reason. I gave a MAC code when ordering so he said it should have progressed through automatically to migration.
So why the hell does it take a customer chasing for something to happen, do PlusNet not check on dormant orders to see what the problem is?
