View Your Usage - Check what you've used this month

Where can I find an update on the current usage reporting problem please? Have tried http://www.plus.net/supportpages.html?a=2&support_ac... but no sign.

Several long waits on the phone as I've found web reports rarely get read. None of the staff seem to know what is happening. I see PN have now split this month and started a new period starting today. My stats already show I am over the 10G limit, despite rarely using more than an average of 200M a day!

Edit: Just got through on phone and found someone who seems to know what is being tried. Annoying that it has taken five calls to get some basic info.

No idea: I don't bother with that site any more.

Still no progress on this, by the loos of it and nothing in the news feeds, although plenty on DNS issues.

Finally got a service issue acknowledgement through this morning.

Looks like it is working again now.
