Migrating from BT to PlusNet - When to Place the Order

Currently on BT Infinity & BT phone line, I've requested a MAC code from BT today in order to move to Plusnet Fibre Extra & phone line. My BT contract is a 30 day rolling contract which requires 14 days notification if I want to quit without penalties. So when should I place my PlusNet order and give them the MAC code. I am expecting my MAC code by Friday 18th JULY 2014, my BT account is fully paid up until 3rd AUGUST 2014

You can signup with us/provide us with your MAC Code when is most convenient for you. If you'd not like for us to take over your service until your BT contract expires, let us know a couple of weeks before it expires and we'll try our best to move everything over on an agreed date.
