plusnet was great untill last week, are my stats ok?

so what is the problem

connection drops about 3 or 4 times a day or speed goes from 6 mb to 0.25 mb about twice a day, need to restart to make it work again , i was wondering if it my stats can show if there is anything wrong with my connection

Nothing obviously wrong with the stats
When the speed drops is this measured via a wireless connection and is it only a reported speed from a test or is it a major drop in sync speed

Well when I feel the speed drops and I usually go to speedtest.net to test it , I don't check the sync stats ( I guess I should ) and yes all done by wireless

Wireless problem ? I didn't think so ..

The reason I suggested a wireless problem rather than a connection problem is that a connection problem would probably have triggered a change in the Plusnet copy of the IP profile which wouldn't be fixed by a router reboot

The FEC errors do look high for the connection time, but you really need to rule out wireless issues first. The PN supplied router has a pretty poor reputation for wireless.

If it is a wireless issue, you may not actually have a problem with your connection from the router to Plusnet - yet. Keep rebooting the router and it is highly likely you will have as the exchange will think the line is unstable and slow your speeds at all times to try to make it stable.
