slow down

Hi
any one else noticed a fibre slower this morn mine has dropped to 34 from 38

This could be due to increased crosstalk as more customers have taken up FTTC whose phone lines are in the same bundle from the cabinet as yours.

I had 5 different gateways on the 13/08/14 and when i checked the speed on 14th was still getting 38 download.
checked again on sunday and gateway checker didnt know which gateway it was.
speed 34 so did a reboot of router leaving it off for 10 mins before reconnecting and still only 34 download
test just now say 34
had some thing similar on the 27/0714 when it dropped to 27 down and after a few days was back up to 38

gateway changed twice yesterday and now down to 32 download
