Ordering ADSL?

I'm currently managing at transfer from very unreliable HFC connection to ADSL for a OAP.

I have ordered the PO Home Phone service to be installed as it is rather reasonable pricing and cheapest LRS.

The line gets activated on 18th and was wondering if ordering PN ADSL service before activation is possible to minimize waiting time?

In terms of Plusnet I hope you took into consideration the higher (one-of) setup charges for broadband by not taking Plusnet line rental, and the ongoing £2.50pm higher broadband cost.

Quidco cashback for line and broadband currently £140. Broadband only is £7. TopCashBack similar.

Plusnet new line cost is £49.99. PO is £60.

Edit: Oh - you don't get the introductory offers on the pricing either for broadband only. So that's £90 in the first year. Assuming it isn't a Market 1 exchange.

I'm aware of the charges and the line was installed for free.

Might migrate the PO line to plusnet too as pricing very similar and also the 12 months offer, wasn't aware of cashback but isn't my order so might not be possible but will bring it up.

That cashback expires in 4 days. There's usually another follows within a few days.
