Don't forget from tonight at midnight, line rental going up

Line Saver Rental Price will increase from £137.88 to £155.88 effective from midnight.

The price of our £14.50 line rental packages will increase by £1.45 to £15.95 effective from midnight.

Indeed, and about two days too early for me to be able to extend my LRS at the old price, rather annoying. I will definitely be looking at Zen for line rental when my LRS ends.

I would be tempted to switch now as I am out of contract but my area is meant to be getting FTTC in March next year so will wait until then and see what deal I can get. Hard decision to make as I know it could be delayed.

after my usual 40 min or so wait, guy on phone told me I Can renew on the 30th at old price. I hope he is right.

I have just tried to renew, at 22:30, (even though mine is not due until end of October), BUT the website already has THE NEW PRICE, GRRRR.
Got on the phone...45 min wait !!!!
Raised a ticket....
Will they honor their TODAYs price ?
After all I will be paying MORE then a year in advance.

I pay Primus £5.99 - they rang me to let me know, when I was paying £8.99...

Was this through the retentions number? Have you got that in writing on a ticket?
