And well done to Plusnet. Very soon, Plusnet will have their own control on the DLM on their network system as BT Openreach will give the isp's a tool kit to do some change on the DLM rather than controlled by the exchange itself.

I presume you mean cabinet, since for Openreach the DLM needs to control the DSLAM in the street cabinets.

Saying exchange makes it sound like you are talking about better control of WBC ADSL2+ DLM which is run by BT Wholesale.
