Hi all, in September I took out 12 months up front line rental and 40/20 FTTC for 18 months (with the £3.99 for the first 6 months offer).
I'm now moving house in mid December and having looked on the Plusnet site it says...
"Moving broadband is free if you take a new contract (you may need to change your broadband product to do this), otherwise it'll cost £65.00."
Can anyone offer advice on the following:-
1) Can I take my remaining 12 months up front line rental with me for free?
2) If I start a new contract (to avoid the £65 charge) I assume I'll lose the remaining "£3.99 for 6 months"?
3) If I start a new contract will I be eligible for any special offers currently running?
Thanks!
