Like I said, these forums went down, so a fair chance BQM pings did too. I've just posted in TTTS asking if anything happened earlier.

What I'm suggesting is a routing problem somewhere affecting many ISPs. Possibly one of the Telehouses.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 57.1/14.8Mbps @ 600m. - IPv4BQM IPv6BQM

Yes, I realise that the Plusnet factor had already been eliminated, I was just illustrating the blips on a large number of BQMs, which just happened to be on Plusnet.
