Well i done it, i have ordered plusnet and canceled my current provider, which is pretty sad to be honest.

Anyway, i am a little confused.
I have a email and a SMS both giving different dates
the email is
Please ensure that you are at the property during this period as the engineer will need access to install the fibre equipment. If the engineer cannot gain access, a missed appointment fee of £49.99 will be due.

and then a text saying We've placed the FTTC order for you and booked the appointment for 25/02/2015 between 8 AM and 1 PM.

so which day? I have sent them a message, because 24th is fine and that is one of the days I choose, the 25th is not as i will be stuck in the hospital most of the day.
