Help Assistant removed

I don't know what the hell is going on at Plusnet towers, but overnight maintenance of the member centre (see http://usertools.plus.net/status/archive/1426863423.htm ) has removed the Help Assistant so it's difficult to find your current open or old questions and it's not easy to find out how to open a new question.

One way of improving the ticket handling stats I suppose!

The Help Assistant is back now.

I can get into Help Assistant via my Member Centre and view questions!

Where are you seeing the link to this? It's been removed from the menu on the left hand side on the main Help & Support page: http://www.plus.net/help/?home=helptop

Via Member Centre, then bottom of page - help assistant link, then bottom of that page - view my questions.

I agree that it has been removed from the LH side of the page!!

Plusnet have made it abundantly clear that the preferred method of contacting them about issues is the Chat facility - this is only open half the day. Although Plusnet advertise support being 24/7 with no qualification, I bet the useless ASA wouldn't do anything about it!

I cannot find any genuine "Closed Tickets" using the date range 01/01/14 to 3/12/14. Lots of numbers come up, but every one I try, (and far too many to try all), are purely about invoices being raised and that emails telling me here is one has been sent to me. Even the ones labelled "Questio", as opposed to "Service notice".

Why? The Help Assistant continues to be available via a user's Member Centre as already stated by reserved.
