So Plusnet need to get some new gateways then!....

Plusnet and BT need to merge, I feel PN don't really have the funds to build new gateways.

If they sort it I will pay extra!

Do Business connections also use these gateways or would I be put on better ones?

Only becomes really news worthy once it goes on for a while and a lot more than just the usual voices are raising questions and discussing it.

Kitz posted a graph yesterday on the PN forum showing all of the pipes as at saturation pint. Some of the pipes were at their limit (8 I think)

FTTP shouldn't affect it, but a different ISP - ugh!!

Don't talk to soon... a lot more FTTP user complaining of congestion issues compared to the amount on FTTC...

Bare in mind the coverage of FTTC is many many many times bigger than FTTP....

So nothing impressive to be honest!

I was referring to the ability to reboot the router separate to the modem (ONTE). Although so far I have had no need to reboot my HH5 which has behaved flawlessly to date.

I totally accept that congestion can affect FTTP as much as it does FTTC because once you are beyond the exchange everything is equal.
