Re my previous post, PN dead BT Live, I am as it refers, fully connected whilst my neighbour continues with BB but no phone. However, another BT neighbour has neither phone nor BB, so "Well done Plusnet"

I think you will find that it was good fortune rather than good management. Did you buy a lottery ticket too!!!!

you want to hope there isn't a major cable fault... you could go again if others are still off!
