Good customer service regarding order cancellation

Just wanted to give Plusnet a 'thumbs-up' for GOOD customer service after I changed my mind with regards to migrating to them.

Signed up last night to take advantage of the May Day BH offer. Called current provider today to cancel existing phone and BB package and obtain a MAC code, and they persuaded me to stay.

Called PN to cancel the order, and it was done on the spot, without quibble or question.

Something simple was done in a simple, straightforwards, fuss-free manner. Not that often that happens these days.
