PPP has been down for me since approx 2pm. modem is still synced with healthy stats.

They seemed to lose pcl-png02 between 15:05 and 15:30. But you went at 13:55. Nobody else on the ping graphs did, so it looks like you.

Have you rebooted your router?

yeah, Chris is online so he answered me on the plusnet forum.

I am also using my normal ppp account now so there is no confusion, but looks like a local fault to me. frown

Leics Central.

I think my modem had an issue, so it looks promising, as it wasnt responding to GUI requests until I rebooted it which suggests it may have partially locked up or something.

Currently I am waiting till 8.30 to resync, so I dont get logged on DLM.

If it still fails at that point I will resync again at 9 with the hg612 so plusnet can open a fault.

I went to my normal account when Chris requested it Just after 7pm.

I am currently tethered to my EE 4g.

is resolved now, looks like my 8800nl was to blame, must have partially locked up and stopped accepting lan>wan traffic.

Yeah also I just noticed stats collection failed at 1.46pm, I didnt notice till I turned it back on just now, so something locked up on it affecting lan traffic but not the sync.
