This makes no sense..

Hi Plusnet,

This is a customer who you disconnected for no reason from FTTC and then chased through Moorcroft for payment when I cut you off from my bank account. I disputed this and now you have said that if I take a new contract with you then you will WRITE OFF whatever you think I owe you but if I don't then you will still continue to chase me for it.

Odd.

But at the same time you will give me 12 months free Broadband? So are you best just writing it off? I won't bring my phone to you so it would be broadband only and I can't get Fibre.

Advice? (apart from ring which I have tried already)

Also 25 minute wait right now - and you have a wait on business - which is something you never said would happen. So clearly you are going down the pan.

You give me NO reason to come back to you. I'd rather see you in court over this so called debt. As for Moorcroft, I just laugh at them. They have as much right to demand money from me as the postman does. i/e NONE!
